We’ve been using FoodStorm for our Holiday Catering Reservations for a few seasons now, and each year, it continues to perform well for us. The biggest win from last year was the new out-of-stock feature, which allows customers to see which stores have inventory of their desired OOS item, and then seamlessly switch their cart to the new store. This reduced the labor and guess work of reassigning dwindling inventory to stores, and resulted in the best sell-through we’ve ever had.
