In-Store Navigation to Help Make Finding Items Easier

You’ve told us that it can often be challenging to find certain items in the store and that spending a lot of time looking for one item can be frustrating. That led us to developing a new in-store navigation feature, which we’ve been piloting over the past few months. With this feature you can easily find where each item in the batch is located in the store, saving you time and effort.

How it works
Simply tap on an item in the shopping list and the map will show you where in the store the item is located. This saves time looking for the item and helps you to know if the item really is out of stock and a replacement is necessary, or if it's just challenging to find in the store.
This feature is being piloted in more than 80 stores across North America to start, with more stores being added over time.
